This pneumatic orbital sander is designed to be used with a backup pad and appropriate abrasive for sanding metals, woods, stone, plastics and other materials. It should only be used for such sanding applications and within its marked capacity and ratings. Use in any other manner or with other accessories could lead to unsafe operating conditions.
Do not operate the tool in water or in an excessively wet application.
Do not use back-up pads that have a Max RPM or Max OPM less than 12000. Never use back-up pads that have a weight and/or size different than what the tool was specifically designed for.
